Leo New Moon. 8/20

New moons are about new beginnings. This Leo New Moon is especially important for two reasons: 1. It is the opening though the first gate into a world of universal and personal love blending together to forge a new evolution and create a new species from our personal and collective consciousness, and 2. It is the fourth of five SuperMoons where the gravitational effects of the Earth’s waters and crust – as well as on animals (humans) are significant.
This is a time of personal and divine love combining to form the future of community love through the work of transition teams. Real changes are required at this juncture. The old recycled solutions no longer work and won’t be tolerated by The People. The needed variables for the new paradigm to form are as follows: a. taking personal responsibility / accountability for one’s own actions, b. being a team member seeing one’s invaluable part in the transition, c. taking up one’s part in community (the transition team is a short term goal even if it takes lifetimes, while being a member of community is an on-going eternity in the moment experience), d. surrendering into divine love in the moment (this surrender includes ego and allows the divine already within to spring forth and manifest).
Fear and resistance are friends met at the frontier. So if worry and fear surround you, you are not alone, join the club. When we meet the fear and take a risk we breakthrough the boundaries that through the old patriarchy – the rigid walls of society and in ourselves, we begin to form the new world!

Aquarius Full Moon / Lunar Eclipse
August 5, 5:55 pm PDT at 14 degrees
Revolutionary and evolutionary forces are at work with this Full Moon (more on this later). Full moons represent the culmination of events that began approximately two weeks ago or on July 21st on the New Moon. However, because this is a Lunar Eclipse – the shadow of Earth falls on the Full Moon – emotional shadow issues about completion are poised for released both individually and globally and could have an effect 6 months prior to this date. This shadow release comes in the context of larger cycles mainly the waxing –building of intensity to the Mayan Cycle date in 2012 and the change to an Aquarian societal matrix.
In the midst of evolution and revolution adjustments will be made – so prepare for adjustments. In making adjustments in your course you change your point of view to an active player rather than a falling prey to disruptions. The revolutionary-evolutionary waxing cycle happened 60 years ago from 1932 – 34 elected Franklin D Roosevelt President and established a social justice system – the New Deal, Einstein reorganized our notions of reality, and the US Federal Reserve Bank was established. These aspects in the context of other cycles (Mayan and the cusp of Piscean / Aquarian Age) make this a remarkable time.
During the Solar Eclipse on July 21 feminine energies were balancing in new ways with the yang. In this Lunar Eclipse male or yang energies are being balanced with the yin. This balancing can be seen from a variety of perspectives. If this is taken from a patriarchal stance the actions of an information age is divided into dialectic categories such as rich/poor and other hierarchical power imbalances. When we seek to understand male/yang energies from a partnership / Aquarian perspective understanding relationship is key. Thoughtful action holds the receptive (yin /feminine) principle in partnership as we share information in a pragmatic context eliminating the unworkable and enhancing efficiency. When yang includes yin in all actions the stage is set for a return of abundance and prosperity for individuals in relationship to community. As prosperity is revealed in the weeks to come a healing paradigm will become evident.
Finally innovation, collaborations and creativity are in the offing through evolution and the on-going revolution.

Cancer New Moon - Solar Eclipse
New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer 29 degrees

We are in the midst of a dimensional shift whose see were planted in 1992 and has been speeding up ever since that sea-change date.
However the last couple of years we have evidenced many shifts that have been more noticeable. We have entered into a waxing cycle where endings are followed rapidly by new beginnings as we approach the 2012 Mayan renewal. In waxing cycles there is an increase in the pull towards the shift and yet we resist. Resistance increases as the pull towards the end date draws closer because of the destruction of the old systems and the new way is unknown and untested.
This new moon in Cancer at 29 degrees while the other New Moon in Cancer (2 degrees) this fell on June 22 at 12:36 pm sandwiched a progression of how the goddess is honored and dishonored in our time. This New Moon is a way to clean karma that occurred when the Huns that swept across Asia and Europe destroyed the matriarchy. The structure of the patriarchy, mainly that of yin/yang or female/male, are being rebalanced to partnership energies.
Its no accident that there is more gender fluidity in our culture with emergent transsexual, transgender and inter-sexed individuals. When a society entrenched in the limited framework of the family as transfer of property between males is called into question by gender-fluidic roles we can gauge this as a sign that the hierarchal roles between traditional wives/husbands are in breakdown. Tolerance of these fluidic roles is indicative equality amongst partners at wave’s edge of an Aquarian Age.

The feminine is in rebellion in the form of Global Warming – Mother Earth is sending out a warning sign. Balance and equal partnership is vital to the survival of the human species. This New Moon / Solar Eclipse is a Super Moon meaning that the effect of this specific cycle will be more powerful on tides and gravitational forces. The swathe of the eclipse passes over the mid to southern Pacific, Hawaii to Indonesia, Siberia, China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India are subject to disturbances of Mother in the form of tsunamis and earthquakes.
The possibility of releasing karma through ritual and healing humanity on wide scale is a good possibility. But we need to also be aware of a wounding – through storms on a massive scale. The storms may be merely metaphorical. If so a healing vibration can be spread across the globe allowing the Aquarian dream of equality to be forged.
Finally on a more visceral political level we may see a clash between a vocal feminine movement versus the word of law resulting in new understanding of receptive actions in the world. This could also represent a new way of investing in the stockmarket through alignment with a feminine approach.

Full Moon In Capricorn – Lunar Eclipse

The Earth blocks the light (consciousness) of the Sun casting its light on the moon – always a full moon. This will not be a total lunar eclipse but a penumbra eclipse and a small one so that it will be barely perceptible but in Australia and Asia.
While light is consciousness we use our light to identify areas of darkness so as to release the psychological shadow to the light. Shadow elements or Capricorn and Cancer (Sun in Cancer) are available for us to look at, work with and release.
Some Cancer shadow issues are narcissism, over-indulgence, and immaturity, creating oneself as a victim.
Some Capricorn shadow issues are a patriarchal dominance imbued with capricious cruelty, rules that change for the sake of the power-possessor, and conversely martyrdom in isolation, blame, guilt and shame.
The nature of the 2000 years of the patriarchy has been associated with Capricorn and as we all know that no longer works. Transformational magic – destruction and re-creation forces are at work in all things patriarchal ranging from governments to business, Automobiles and oil both patriarchal and darkly Capricorn are undergoing destruction and re-creation processes.
Dreams and visions of the future and the future of the community of the planet are healing. When you look to June of 1990 – a similar healing theme is now occurring and that time was just before the beginning of the vibrational opening into the 6th world.
• 1st world – Sirians, Pleiadians and other ETs deposited life systems and life-forms on Planet earth - 1 million years
• 2nd world – Shambhalans arrived, Pangaea held all the corporeal and non-corporeal beings 100 thousand years
• 3rd world – Lemurians, Atlantians and Hyperboreans were the major races. The Shambhalans had disappeared from corporeal space
• 4th world began with the Nuclear destruction of the 3rd world and the beginning of the Matriarch 4,000 years
• 5th world began with the Huns sweep of Asia and the destruction of the matriarchy for the patriarchy 2 – 3,000 years
• 6th world – of partnership and community began in 1991

The evolution/revolution continues. Yes there was a lapse in my astrological reporting but we only need look around us to see the transformations of an accelerated world gone wild. The Guides – The Twelve have kept me fairly busy see blog http://thetwelvespeak.blogspot.com/ for more.
New Moons are about beginnings. During all new moons the nature of gravity the creates a strong downward pulling force. You may feel more grounded with a renewed sense of purpose. This may be especially true because this is a super full new moon when the Moon during a full or new phase is as close to the earth as it will get. This creates a greater force on earth’s tectonic plates. Indications hold that a major earthquake could occur in Pakistan or Afghanistan.
Larger cycles coming to an end – such as the 16 billion year Mayan cycle - are indications of a major evolutionary leap. We have all be feeling it one way or the other. Endings - especially finding lines in space (ha-ha) are never clearly delineated and to quote an Art Garfunkel song “they say in the darkest night there’s a light beyond, but endings always comes at last, endings always come too fast and they pass too slow…” We are deep in a period of endings – releasing the old familiar ways for something new and this may seem tediously slow and test our patience.
So this new moon is a radical redefinition of nurturing ourselves, a redefining of yin/yang or male female roles. Change and expansion is being supported in new ways to nurture our selves. The goddess in men and women is blending with the god or spirit in us all. One note of caution in business or work situations: be careful of having a thinking / talking overload, of saddling yourself with too much and imploding. Delegate, delegate - dance to the music...

Everyone has been feeling the changes. Change is always difficult for our egos because we can’t nail down the content of the future. Trust is an important factor in all-transformational environments. We need to trust universe, the Spirit and ourselves. When we have grounded trust in our being then change can be less stressful.
The nature – the very ground of our beingness – of how we nurture ourselves is being transformed. This is a back to basics movement based on the health of the environment and our very survival. Thus the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere is both sobering and magical from an alchemical point of view. The best magic is when we surrender control to let Spirit and the forces of the universe shape our lives in exciting new ways. Surrender requires the presence of being to let go of old dysfunctional patterns while letting the Higher Self and/or Spirit bring a new healthy pattern to us.
The day can be a mixed one or it can be a springboard into the next 6 months (until the next solstice) and looking at our progress on 9/22 the Equinox. We can expand our dreams and visions and work to heal them as we work to clean our space and our planet. What are the dysfunctional patterns that sabotage you from manifesting your visions?
